Susan D. Lafleur
Susan is a native of Opelousas, where she was born and raised. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis and became Certified in Hand Therapy in 1991. With 38 years of experience, she specializes in the treatment of upper extremity orthopedic conditions and is dedicated to helping patients regain function and improve their quality of life through personalized, compassionate care.

Aaron Lafleur
Aaron was born and raised in Opelousas where he graduated from Opelousas Catholic School. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2009 and worked as an engineer in the oil and gas industry for 7 years before returning to school to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine, Austin, TX in 2021.

Will was born and raised in Opelousas. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and worked as a registered nurse for five years before pursuing his Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Motivated by a commitment to delivering the highest quality of care, he went on to achieve his Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential in 2019. He is dedicated to helping patients restore function and return to the activities that matter most through specialized upper extremity rehabilitation.

Rachel was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Florida State University in 2011 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2018. Following graduation, she moved to Lafayette, LA. Rachel furthered her education by obtaining her Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT) certification.
